Welcome to the Vgen23 Variant Interpretation and Genomics Analysis Platform (“Vgen23”, “Platform”, or “Service”), operated by Vgenomics India Private Limited (“Vgenomics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all software, analytical tools, reporting features, databases, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
If using the Service on behalf of an institution or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
Vgen23 is a genomics analysis platform supporting WES/WGS data processing, variant annotation, interpretation, prioritization, and report generation.
The Service is intended for qualified professionals and is provided for clinical decision-support purposes only.
The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals who must independently verify results.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may result in temporary interruptions.
The Service may operate under free, trial, subscription-based, or usage-based models. Fees may change with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of data you upload. You warrant that all necessary consents and approvals have been obtained.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Security safeguards align with principles consistent with HIPAA, SOC2 Trust Services Criteria, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
All platform software, algorithms, and databases remain the intellectual property of Vgenomics. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Vgenomics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration seated in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
